The Future

Why put your future in Jesus’ hands, why would you need to be saved?

 

Jesus has promised that one day he will return to his earth for his people.  At that time one of two futures will be realised for every person who has ever lived. 

 

Those who have not trusted Christ for salvation, will not have had their sin problem dealt with and so they will bear the punishment for their own sin in a terrible place called hell.

 

However everyone who has trusted that Jesus has died for their sin will live forever with him as their King.  At his second coming Jesus will renew his entire creation, with all the damage sin has caused being undone. 

 

This is heaven, the world without sorrow, hatred, discrimination and hurt, a world in which our deepest longings will be satisfied, and where we will live with Christ for ever and ever.
